Martin Byrne - PKA Kickboxing - 6/8/2009 - 30/09/2009 7.15pm to 8.15pm Main Sports Hall, Clifton Leisure Centre, Southchurch Drive, Clifton, Nottingham NG11 8AB 7-11years .Professional Kickboxing Association red belt sumer course. Attending this course will teach students some vital self defence techniques and keep them active and entertained throughout the summer. Successful students will also achive a red belt in kickboxing following the successful completition of the program

Antonio Santo - London Kickboxing - Kickboxing - A great cardiovascular workout wich will help you to get fit, lose weight and learn to defend yourself. Kickboxing is taught with a western approach where student interaction is highly encouraged and everyone trains at their own pace. We have a grading system starting with White belt and progressing towards Black belt. Sparring is optional, conducted under strict supervision on a Light Continuous Contact/Sport Kickboxing basis and participants must wear recommended protective equipment. The club meets at the Arts Educational Schools every Tuesday and Thursday, from 7.30pm to 09.00pm. It is open to people of all levels and beginners are especially welcome. We offer a free trial/induction class and very competitive fees.
Antonio Santo - London Kickboxing - London Kickboxing has developed its own methods of introducing children to kickboxing. They will not be encouraged to use their newly acquired skills outside the class, except in extreme circumstances. They practice their punching and kicking technique on pads and shields and they are taught the value of team spirit and team work, whilst using their individual skills to succeed. The starting age may vary slightly depending on the instructor and the average age of the children who attend the class. The instructors are CRB Checked and are trained to work with children. Your child's instructor will have his CRB certificate available for inspection. London Kickboxing has in place its own Child Protection Policy. The club meets at the Arts Educational Schools every Tuesday from 6.00pm to 07.00pm. It is open to children of all levels and beginners are especially welcome.
